Brackets: free and open-source text editor that supports a live preview of your code. I use this to build my sites, and it's my favourite editor for HTML and CSS. Stop building your sites in the Neocities text editor!
GIMP: free and open-source image editor. Alternative to photoshop.
Photopea: browser-based image editor.

git.gay: Git hosting for queers. Open source, no ads, etc.
Tor Project: Tor browser for maintaining anonymity, blocking trackers, etc. Remember to stay safe online.

Dither It!: reduces the colours and file size of your images and gives them a neat retro look.
