HTML for People: A free site/ebook HTML learning resource. Easy to understand, for a general audience.
PhoenixCode: Free and open-source text editor that shows a live preview of your code, spots errors, and lets you add custom extensions. I use this to build my sites, and it's my favourite editor for HTML and CSS. Stop building your sites in the Neocities text editor!
Photopea: Free browser-based image editor, very similar to Photoshop.
git.gay: Git hosting for queers. Open source, no ads, etc.
Tor Project: Tor browser for maintaining anonymity, blocking trackers, etc. Remember to stay safe online.

Petz Web Fun Pack (archive.org): An archived collection of clip art, animations, backgrounds, and other web graphics for the Petz video game series.
